Interesting, I had a discussion with a female friend of mine awhile back about this.

She was in support of the idea because she felt forced to wear clothes where a man doesn't have too... when the reasoning is strictly social!

However, she also felt it would be really awkward as well.. they attract attention.. lots of it... and potentially unwanted attention.

Personally I'm for it, there seems to be no real concerns to the exposure and its not like it forces women to go topless or anything.

Heck, I go topless all the time!

But really, today many popular outfits already expose the majority of the chest.. most of the time nothing is really being hidden.. or maybe its just mostly where I live.

If it is legal.. it'll just depend on how much you want to style which is essentially the norm anyway.. certain girls choose to expose a lot more than others.

Woman Goes TOPLESS In NYC

As much as I love the idea of seeing women topless, I don't really like the consequences that might come of it. Sure, at first it would be great, but as time goes on and if somehow this thing becomes part of our culture, there won't be that "excitement" anymore. It will be natural to see a woman's breasts and that sensation of first experiencing them won't have it's full affect.
