It`s really bad when someone can`t feel pain and yes there are people can`t

They can do a LOT of damage to themselves without realising it.

I don't believe that lol. I can believe the part of pain control but what could possibly allow him to stick a skewer through his arm without it bleeding? I can't think of a single logical reason for blood not to be able to come out.
