On another note. On mine they use this plastic on the keys that really should not be used for keycaps. It's strong but after only like 3 months since I bought it they have completely lost their texture and are greasy-shiny looking

I got my keyboard from a thrift store about 5 or 6 years ago. My keyboard was manufactured in 2001 I believe, and I haven't cleaned it since.
