Immediately after he joins he calls someone out right at the start and that person just happens to be a T. Then I notice even though he has 100-200 karma he manages to do 23 damage all the time with the shotgun. So I start a demo. I only caught a little because the next round he immediately says "What are you doing in spectator kahuna?"

I can confirm this. I spectated him and banned him, he was clearly aimboting and t hacking. I didn't recorded it because I believe that kahuna should have gotten enough proof and I was also in a hurry.
