Alkaline:
Of the two, Foogals is the best candidate.
Very friendly, and even took ten minutes out of his time on TTT yesterday to explain the gamemode to a new player.

Although, I'm not sure about his ethics of being a VIP and if he wishes to fulfill his responsibilities.

Ἆxule:
Dunno much about Frost, but Foogals is a cool guy. Funny and friendly.
