What I'm saying is that what I posted and what you posted is extremely different.
My post: A simple statement, in no way sarcastic or offensive, saying that I don't get how a video is funny/entertaining.
Your post: Sarcastic comment implying that it's stupid that people +1'd a post, being overly sarcastic with a douchey macro.

And no, you don't state your argument and THEN say but I don't want to derail so lets stop. If you want to stop the discussion, then you stop posting. And no, I don't want to stop the discussion, because I want everyone to realize how stupid and pointless posting stuff like this is. Everyone's complaining about topics being derailed and arguing and shit like that. Well, then solve the problem, who cares if it derails a thread. I would move all the comments into another thread right now, but I'm tired and going to sleep so either another mod do it or I will when I next get on the forums.

Tiger, I'm glad you said that actually lol. That's basically what goes on for the most part. But it's not favouritism... people just see a post from Yomo and laugh because of the way he posts. He's simply funny, and imaging him posting with his voice and purposely butchered English is even more funny. Nothing wrong with that. Even if it was favouritism or something like that... who cares lol? You're going to +1 your friends more than people you don't know because they're your friends... you find them to be funnier.

I'm not saying that they don't deserve to be +1ed, I'm saying that they should have the same process of +1ing/-1ing as other users. Karma socialism, if I may call it that.

Just +1/-1 people for the content they posted, not for who they are and what you think of them.

Ill try to use an example, someone make a joke about  sabb and pizza, and the next post is basically the same joke.  You laugh at the first one but the second time you see it... it isn't that funny.

Well yeah, jokes are always funny the first time around. What I'm saying is that if that was about any other person, it wouldn't have +27.
