Really not enough proof. A video would be better. If it were his T buddies he killed, and you had proof it were, then it would be approved. But nope.
And for the record, you don't need to follow that format exactly, you just have to include what is said to be required. However, posting a report like that doesn't get you taken as seriously lol. Denied any ways.
