FYI valve has put the steambox on hold. It's not going to be released anytime soon
Steambox never went further than the IDEA phase.

Its not that casuals are bad.
Its just thats where all the money is.
Companys simply find out and make dumbed down games.
Just like movies and book series.

Apple makes small things well (such as the iPod I am making this post from).
Their larger products are just not good.

I posted it because it's false.

Didn't know you were clairvoyant [ ] - tell you what, why don't we make factual statements when we, I dunno, know more facts - and that goes for both sides.

I gotta agree with this. As much as I hate Macs, there's some magic about owning an iPod or iPhone. An Android feels "slow, laggy, and unresponsive" (-Supertoaster).

and not to mention battery life is really horrible

my android has pretty much nothing installed and it only lasts about 7 hours on idle

my ipod can last weeks on idle

That's actually pretty true. Androids are horrible with battery consumption. The longest mine lasted for was a week on idle. And listening to music on it reduces battery power to like, 5 or 6 hours worth.

I remember somewhere there was an image of an Iphone and an old Nokia flip phone side-by-side.

The next frame had a caption with "60 hours later".

The Iphone was at 6% battery life.

The Nokia was at 95%.

Nothing beats Nokia, those things are made of the same material Gamecubes are made of.

They're made of Nintendium.

I was thinking about getting an iPhone when I can upgrade next year but then I read about how they were made and sort of don't want one now. but then again most other companies are prob the same way.

besides the fact the iphone is extremely sexy
