If you ask me, denied people shouldn't be able to re-apply until maybe two weeks have passed.
Would be cool to give already accepted VIPs the ability to post apps and comment in them too, this would at least take some pressure away from the admins. I don't think that's going to happen though.

It probably will, you underestimate the hassle of getting shit apps and having to submit them because you know the person who sent it well, even though you know it will fail.
Maybe moo likes sifting though the spam PMs, but feels bad man.

In that case VIPs should really have that ability.
It's not going to damage anyone and I think it would only benefit the whole situation.
It would mostly solve the complaints about not enough admins replying to VIP apps and would (hopefully) also help at the receiving of shit apps problem that admins have to deal with. It's up to coolz though, I guess.
