Incase you havn't noticed, I no longer recieve PM's about VIP

Also, another problem with VIP is that we admins are lazy, so we only post on apps that for people we know well. This means a lot of qualified people that make good apps get declined because they dont know many admins. Sounds bad man.

That's exactly why already accepted VIPs should be able to comment on VIP apps.

I don't know about submitting apps.. but I do want to enable VIP's to reply.

Also thinking about extending application resubmit period.. maybe by a week or so.
