BAE Electromagnetic RailgunFor those of you who don't know, a railgun is a weapon being planned to be put on warships for shore bombardment and maybe to liquidize a huge hole through another battleship. They're non-explosive (that fire trail is the air being ignited), they use super magnets to propel the projectile at
ludicrous speed 5600mph (or almost 10,000km/h for you metricfags).
The reason I posted this video and not a generic railgun video is because this is the smallest, most efficient model so far. There's no trouble to putting it on a ship.
