Simply put, it's a non-steam Garrys Mod. Made by a guy named SFK. Thought someone would know.

Oh yea that. I think the server only works with a cracked steam Garry's mod but a standalone version (Which you're using). not sure if that one works.

It should, what you have to do is install it again in a different folder, THEN do what snivy said
