5. Reason for ban: Killed detective as innocent, almost mass RDM(he killed 3 people) and left after getting killed so it's easy to assume that he would have killed more if he could.

In previous round, he totally killed 3 innos, hurting others and as well raped people's karma.
He tried to evade the ban by leaving and changes his name, then rejoin again.
Instead of trying RDM anyone else, he got low karma RDM'ed (0 karma).

He left to avoid being kicked came back with a new name, tried to rdm again, FAILED due to no karma, left again.
So...
I've got it recorded as well if you want.
