While they don't solve the problem instantly, it is still better then just sit there and do nothing but whine how VIPs/Admins are not there. And of course, the reports would get approved sooner if there would be sourcebans. So I really think that someone who is capable should make the sourcebans for the servers.
Also seeing how many rule breakers seem to appear in TTT why don't we make the bans 2 or 3 times longer then usual?

True - though there is an issue I've seen where VIPs/Admins are on, and don't do much because they don't feel like doing anything - OR are insecure about whether or not they're exercising too much of their powers, and in other cases - back on rNd's main server, I've seen calls across global chat for VIPs/Admins responded to with "write a report!" when capable people were on the other servers and able to get on / handle any issues they were having. This suggests a plethora of minor issues that NEED addressing.
And I completely agree with the sourcebans thing, AND even the increase in the length of punishments may be a good idea if the problem gets worse, but that's just my opinion.

You also forgot to mention that people don't want to vote yes in votekicks which makes it incredibly hard for VIPs to actually do something. It's ironic how people say that there are no VIPs/Admins to enforce the rules but when there actually is one, they just don't vote in their votekicks...
