I've been putting it off for awhile now, but I'm finally trying to figure out which colleges I want to go to. The main reason is because I want to know if what I'm doing now in High School will transfer over to this certain college.
So before I start researching, I want to ask you guys. Which college/s do you think are great for majoring in Computer Programming?

It highly depends on where you live at.
I'm pretty sure you don't want to travel hours with a car/bus/train

He's in Hawaii.

If you really want to go to a good college, you're gonna have to travel to the American mainland ._.
