Novelty items/weapons for regs/vips

I think it would be fun to have something like the admin snowball for regs and vips, would make alot of us happy and wont affect gameplay at the same time.

Snowball contains un-containable power. Allowing such an item to fall into the wrong hands can bring drastic consequences.
If you'd like novelty items then you can take part in holiday events.

After all not everyone is a winner even if everyone gets a trophy.

I would love for some usless fun stuff on the servers as well, but I don't think snowballs are that good of an option.
