What will you be doing for the next 5 months?

Nope. I'm almost 100% with it. It's pretty good but not as good as X.

X was my first FF, then X-2 (which I never actually finished).
Then my cousin lent me 7 on the PC (I got through like, 3 of the 4 CD's before that PC just died).
and I also played 3/6 on my PSP when I still had it, and recently started replaying it on my iPhone.

I still think that's my favorite out of all of them. Heh. :x

I loved the combat with 13, but aside from that, the rest of it was fairly dull. I don't think it was a /bad/ game, but the story wasn't as interesting as I'd like.

So for the length and overall value, do you think it's worth a buy or rent? The only games I actually own on my PS3 are Uncharted 2+3 and Blazblue ._.

Rent it, I'm a Final Fantasy geek so I got my collectors edition. If you play as much as I do you'll finish the story on your 2nd day. I DEFINITELY recommend getting the Final Fantasy games from the PSN Store. I allready have them on PS1 and I can't get them on Xbox

I've played 1,6,7,8,10,10-2,11(unfortunately),12, and 13.
My favorite is either 8 or 10, but I think it's 8.
I just love the storyline so much, though I do think that they could've made the battle system a bit better.
I realize that most everyones favorite is usually 7, but I dunno, the storyline is cool and all, but I just never really got into it :\
I really want to play 3 though, I heard it's a lot of fun.
