use modify button in the bottom right, it looks like a wrench.

Water is a map problem, glitching is just the way source physics work their magic

Another thing to fix is the water.
When you spawn on the ship, and the ship has 1 inch of water inside, it will damage you 5-10/sec.

Oh ya, I forgot 1 more thing.
I always get glitched inside the ship!

spawning on moving physics objects sometimes gets you stuck

as people with high ping dont really lag its fps lag that your probably talking about so uh get a better gpu ?
