Just votebaning the hacker is not enough.
If you see a hacker make sure to ALWAYS record them first, then voteban him. Once you've done that make sure to make a report as soon as you can.
I believe this should be obvious for everyone, but sourcebans tells the otherwise.

This, also, it would be good telling the players the same thing. An Admin/Vip is not always on 24/7 so it would be good if they could make reports themselves.

I'm a dumbass, I do record then voteban, but then either the demo doesn't save, or completely forget to do a report...
I WILL carry on my duties as a VIP better.
