I'm a VIP for Xtreme deathrun servers and an admin on Killah's gta5 server.
I mostly play zs, flood, and ttt and know a lot of people.

I kick for general minging such as messing up cades on zs, team killing on ttt, and prop blocking / pushing on flood, however I always try to see for myself what they're doing and if it is really that bad. Sometimes it turns out that the person complaining is the one who started it.
I ban if they come back and do the same thing again. I also ban anyone who uses hax (although Ruben would be an excuse in this situation).
Whenever I see someone who looks like trouble I take his steam ID down instantly for future reference.
I will always help out someone who doesn't know how to play or wants to ask me a question of importance.

I dont rage but I do ragequit.
