Deleting some strange temporary files.

I NEVER got any free place on my C drive...

 
So I checked my windows folder, I came to TEMP and wonder what I saw.... IT IS MORE THAN 70GB. it is full of error spams. mainly hamachi error logs but there are some other files too like :


I want to know if they are safe to delete

I think that these are internet explorer errors or something like that.

It is in C:/windows/temp

I don't know, I remember I had a virus that used to go to random advertiesments and pr0n sites with IE.

anything in temporary files is fine to delete, especially error logs. they are there so you may see what caused the error.
