Saw him today had 0 karma when he entered and karma farmed for several rounds. Getting 0 karma takes effort it's not just something you come by you have to kill 3+ 800 karma innos who have done nothing wrong to get it so I doubt he is what I would consider a desirable reg. Whether he was karma farming or just left auto join on I'm not sure but when someone with 0 karma comes in the game and is afk for a map and a half racking up 400 karma-ish before leaving I'd say that was his goal.
