MPAA had nothing to do with Megaupload it was strictly the Federal government because they were money laundering up to like 50 million (Making money in illegal ways)

If anonymous was so damn bad that they take down government websites and cause actual trouble, that they would have been quite easily jailed by now. Believe it or not, your country isn't that stupid to let a bunch of idiots on the internet really cause trouble to the government. But even say I'm wrong, and anonymous is a huge pain to them. You really think that stuff doesn't happen to them all the time then? In other words, it still would have done absolutely nothing.

I don't think it's a lack of wanting to apprehend members of anonymous. I believe it is very difficult to catch a member, hence the name anonymous...

Yea, I'm not believing that. If they were a big threat, one way or another, that information would easily end up in discussion outside of the internet, on the news, etc. They're not a big threat.

Blabering about something here:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)There are two sides. People who support SOPA and/or PIPA and people who doesn't support them. Both of the sides are trying to make the world better and more enjoyable to live in.
The supporters are only looking at the 'good' side of the bill. No more piracy and other illegal ways. Us the other side, is mostly looking at the way it's going to affect our way of having fun and spending time. If we are able to get the information into our heads. Not be ignorant and look at the other side too. Obviously, SOPA and PIPA have big downside. But the government's head is what we need to turn around. Now it's pretty much done...
White house said that they will not support SOPA. So, I don't think it will be a problem anymore.
In my opinion, we are wasting our time on arguing about the internet. Internet is perfect the way it is. With few downsides... There are more important things to our governments to look at and fix.
It's silly to argue about something who nobody owns. Internet will be everything and anywhere. You cannot just take away something what you can't own or control fully.
