So i was gonna retexture ttt hud to something that makes me laugh, but i cant find the texture location
(by ttt hud i mean the giant bottom part that either says traitor, innocent or detective)

The HUD (or vgui) is drawn through lua maybe?
If so, you can't exactly edit a lua, serverside file for a single client.
