check out the demoted list in the VIP section

I think we shouldn't demote VIPs anymore...
They get VIP not because they are active 24/7 or just play 1 day a week, they get VIP because the community trust in their way to handle situations , take actions, and that they will give a good impression of the comunity by helping out players.
