Steam Name: FrankRNDWhy I should be VIP:1. I'm online most of the time I'm on the PC, which is a lot. I also like to spend some time on each server to keep things calm.
2. I'm a fast responder when it comes to screams for help from other servers, leaving apart whatever I'm doing.
3. I've got most admins from RND on my friends list, so if there's anything I can't or someone can't handle, I can just call for the heavy artillery.
Why I want VIP:
Because of the lack of active Admins and the amount of trouble makers on the servers. The ratio would be of 1:10 being admins:minges. I also want to help the community administration as much as I can, and I think that another hand would really come in handy. I've got a lot of free time on my hands, so yeah, doing something helpful won't hurt anyone.
Situations:
Someone is prop pushing on Flood1. First warning.
2. keep doing: Second Warning
3. still keeps doing: Start a votekick for prop pushing.
4. Joins back, keeps prop pushing: Give a last warning.
5. If the subject is still acting wrong: Start a voteban for continuous prop pushing after several warnings.
Killing fellow Traitor buddy on TTT1. I ask them why they did it.
2.4 if it was an accident or after the other traitor buddy tried to kill them: leave it be, tell them to not do it again. If the second situation occurs, warn the other person.
3.a if person does it again on 'accident': Start a votekick for RDMing a fellow traitor twice.
2.b if it was on purpose: Start a votekick on them for RDMing fellow traitors.
3.b if they come back and do it again: Start another votekick.
4. if person does it a third time: Start a voteban.
RDMing the detective as an innocent1. Ask the person why they RDM'd the Detective
2.a if it was because the Detec was randomly shooting people: Leave it be, check how many people the detective killed
2.b if it was for no reason: Start a votekick on the person.
3. Refer to the list above to see further consequences.
Someone is using a name changer1. I would get the SteamID (by simply status'ing twice), then report it to an Admin. If possible, ban the namechanger on my own (which is most likely not possible).
Someone is constantly disrespecting other people1. Tell them to stop.
2.a if person listens: everything's okay.
2.b if he/she keeps up the disrespective behaviour: Warn them another time.
3. still no intention of stopping: Start a votekick for their behaviour.
4. comes back, keeps up the behaviour: Warn them one last time, saying I will voteban him/her if he/she doesn't stop.
5. keeps it up: Start a voteban for repeated disrespective behaviour.
