I've seen Willow trolling in ttt but he didn't seem to be hacking.
Your video might be able to prove otherwise but I couldn't view it wish I could be more help.

Hmm video seems like he is.... Still though should hear what he says because while he is annoying I have never seen him hack or show tendencies to hack in the past. Also videos I've found can be.... misleading, as can what appears to happen in game sometimes.

I defend Willow. Kurtis was in the server saying that he was going to "get Willow banned somehow" and I know for sure Willow does not hack. Kurtis was just very angry, and decided to take it out on Willow.

I have been playing with willow for a long time. I have never seen evidence of snapping/hacking, and that video really didn't seem like sufficient evidence to me. I do not think he was hacking.

Kurtis i understand you dont like willow. but this wasnt hacks it very easy to snap on to the head. Aimbot has you to never leave a head. I dont see this as aimbot these are all luck shots and skill..

The SaitoHUD addon that I have shows line of sight, But in the youtube video I didn't have it on.
