Just a tip for you, when you get kicked it will say you are banned, but really it could be either a kick or a ban, check console for specifics or just check source bans, If it was permanent then you want to post an appeal (seeing if the ban wasn't about something severe) but for temp. bans or just kicks, just wait them out.
