Sony Vegas 10 help

I finished making this video and I want to finalize it by making it into a video but what is the best setting for the best quality without taking a lot of space? I tried .mp4, but the resolution is low and objects fizz when the camera moves around...

Just render as .wmv 720p

It doesn't take much space. Maybe a few mb's.

Just render as .wmv 720p

Well the quality basically gets better as you go down the list.
I always pick the shittiest 720p one.
