As for the verdict....Is increasingly harsher punishment an option for repeat offenders?

Please upload the demo I was there and the shown footage is evidence from when I was explaining the appropiate areas to be up there. Please refrain from making reports with doctored proof.
P.s the scene you supplied tezuni is of him derping just outside of shootable area after which he went back into the spawn area.

Just ask Axule he's witness of what actually happened.

 Pacifist if you got the demo how about you upload the full video where I stand on the rock which is inside the map and I am able to get shot. Cause many were told that as long as you can be shot  its not illegal.

I'm going to keep quoting you, Russian.  There will be no more bullshit or changes to your story.
You left the map after I warned you not to, you can't justify that.

@Dark
My clip is uncut (see for yourself), I'm reporting who I have proof against.
The evidence provided is proof enough under any circumstance because no matter the motive, he broke the rules intentionally after being told not to.
It really ruins the gameplay.

Heard the entire story from both Russian and the people that were present. He was standing in a spot where he was able to get shot and killed so  :thumbsdown:.

Final post I was killed In the exact area tezuni showed in the video the following roung and to my understanding so long as you can be killed it's fair game. Right?

Tezuni if you recorded further you would have seen me go on a rock which is within the map and I was able to get shot.

Dude im not posting no beacuse he is my friend, im posting no because it shows he can clearly be killed, and MANY people deny that he was in an unkillable area. I know we are pals man but sorry im taking russians side on this one
