I don't see hacking here.
I see a deagle whore.
Spectate mode is a little buggy, you are lucky you can even see him shoot. You can't (last time I checked) see him aim down his sights. He's definitely not aimbotting, and it doesn't appear to me that he is walling either.

bots headshot instantly, and the cursor jumps. Here, this did not occur. It looks like he's aiming down his sights to me. which, as stated, you can't see in spectate sometimes.

While I would agree on that, a GOOD aimbot will not be so obvious. Aimbots like the ones on Sethhack and Coldfire have to ability to aim almost anywhere on the body. Not only that, they have the ability to make it look realistic by not snapping to the person.

He's just using a deagle... misses a lot, doesn't jump to body or head, etc... not hacking. Deagle is just OP.
