[NGGC]NoobGamer was letting DizzyGhost.Lua farm kills off of him.
They claimed it Dizzy had just raided him, but they're Steam friends and Noob wasn't making any effort to fight back.
As you can see from the score, it was going on for quite some time.

NoobGamer admitted that he had money farming with Dizzy.
