Fairly new. There's also a band called Miss May I on the same record label. Rise Records have a lot of decent bands on their label actually. Check them out if you're interested in them!
And yeah, it's fair enough you thought of the book. xD But "Of Mice and Men" is actually just a phrase incorporated by the book to metaphorically describe the entire scene of events.
