Fairly new. There's also a band called Miss May I on the same record label. Rise Records have a lot of decent bands on their label actually. Check them out if you're interested in them! :)

And yeah, it's fair enough you thought of the book. xD But "Of Mice and Men" is actually just a phrase incorporated by the book to metaphorically describe the entire scene of events.
