Title: Fretta: Terminal Velocity: Controls?
Post by: Travelsonic on September 10, 2011, 12:32:52 PM
Played Terminal Velocity on the fretta servers, and I must say, I'm a bit put off by the controls.  Maybe it is just me, but it feels like you need to put in too much effort to do something as simple as banking left, or banking right for example.

Why not just do something simple, IF it isn't done already, like:

It seems, unless I missed something, this would cover everything, and be a lot easier to handle.

Thanks for the controls. Seems kind of broken though :/

The idea makes maneuvering more managable, which in return, IMO of course, would make the rounds more fun -> more successful dogfights, less complaints about maneuvering, the controls [for movement] being adapted from what Google Earth's flight simulator uses.  How would it break the game mode though, out of curiosity?

No I meant the the game mode seems like, idk, kind of being stupid and sometimes not working properly. Nothing about the controls :L

Ah.

In that case:  my opinion is that a great first step would be for them to fix the controls so they actually make sense, allow the game to be playable.
