That's not solid enough proof. People saying someone hacks is not proof. You must provide video of him hacking or provide the pictures of the scoreboard/events.

If you're going to report someone, you should follow the format:

ALWAYS use that format for reports, just to make it easier for someone.
I can also see your native language clearly isn't English, so if you need help with translating or understanding something, such as how to navigate through the forum, you should ask for help from someone, or test your luck with Google Translate.

You either need: a couple of photos of HARD evidence or a demo of you either spectating or looking at him do it.

Why can't you be a nice guy and get the proof by yourself instead.
You guys are not helping yourselves and the server by sitting and waiting for an admin to come.

Why do most of the people think that only admins and vips can deal with rule breakers ._.

Most persons don't know about /recorddemo command in console :/

You could of easily take pics of the round end log.
