Hey, I created most of this map for ZS a long time ago and might expand on it. It's no Onions map but it's okay.
Features:
-Two buildings and a underground parking lot, fully enterable
-Four total floors in the two buildings, one on fire and partially blocked.
-Good amount of props and 3d skybox

because you can't vote for the same map every round anymore

It got voted for once, and like 10 maps later it's still gone.

Some people have complained about fps so I released an even MORE optimized version that's the same, but you should get 10+ more fps:

It also is fully ground noded for the hell of it.
I would like suggestions on how to improve it.

Looks nice. Maybe next map consider adding more lighting and effects to make it look real shnazzy such as point_light's, func_dustmotes and env_projectedtexture
