Well, if someone is just going out and saying "WELL DERP, YOU HAVE LOW KARMA SO I'M JUST GOING AHEAD AND KILLING YOU SINCE YOU COULDDD BE A TRAITOR AND I WON'T LOSE MUCH KARMA IF I DON'T. DERPDERP." I don't think it should be allowed. I should know because I used to do this and it was a MAJOR asshat move when people lose their T rounds or just get killed all the time because of PERHAPS an accident occurring and they lost all their karma.It's allowed.

I was under the impression that it's allowed as long as it's not target RDM.

If you consider the players with substantially lower karma, the point is that there is less to lose when you kill them.
What this means is that since it is less risk for the player's karma, AND THEY LEGITIMATELY SUSPECT THEM, they should be more inclined to kill them.
I never agreed with just killing low karma people for no reason. I was saying it's intended to be less risk to shoot a suspect if they have low karma.
I hope this clears up the discussion.
