Well, he is doing jump or ban. Is that really fair? A ban for not jumping?

He also obviously, has not read the rules. He started a vote ban against me because I was shooting his boat while on it, although I did not start on it.

Just a little heads up dr. doctor, They wont do a thing about your report unless you have proof of some sort. maybe next time go into your console, type "Record [name of choice here]" and then you will start to record your gameplay. When you want to stop recording simply type in console "stop" then go into your
C:/program files/steam/*steam username*/garrys mod/garrys mod/   and your demo should be there with the name you chose when recorded. Once recorded you can upload to http://megaupload.com
and once done uploading you can copy address of the download page and paste it into your report   OR   you can simply capture your screen by hitting the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard and simply upload the image.
