Lua files for my Flood Server... PLS

Pls, i need Lua files for my Flood Server...  :(

Because:
I cant Add Weapons to my Server...
The TMP,DEAGLE who already was on the mod doesntwork...
I cant add someone as Admin on the Users.txt...
I dont like (want) the VIP+ System my friends cant use Nail and more..
I dont like (want) the Donate(Donation) Page who u can buy a VIP+ package and more..
All Users on the Server can Spam Rope...
I dont like(want) some tools.. like: lamps,thrusters,dynamite....

Please Ruben, :-( your RANDOM Flood Server is PERFECT!
If u give me Lua files i can rename my Servername to Ruben's Server or something like that.

i dont think we give out our luas but its all up to coolz and ruben

if the server is online the ip is " justforfun.sytes.net:27016 "  its a dedicated server because that i have to start it first.... the server supports cracked clients too..
my steam name is sdk1994 if u want to see my server tell it to me or add me on msn messanger " payamps3@hotmail.de "   thank you  :)
