Votekick/Ban needs auto prop cleanup

Lots of times when prop spammers come onto the build server and get banned their laggy props stay forever cause they slow the cleanup timer. thats why when they get banned it should automatically cleanup their props.

Shouldnt this feature with auto cleanup on kick or ban already be included :/
