Problem plox!

When i play Gmod. I have HUD like Health 100 and ammo. When i Alt tabbed out and in, it has no HUD

this is ingame when i alt tabbed out and type the menu problem[/spoiler]

so any help?

Update DirectX, Update GFX Drivers, Re-Install gmod, Don't alt-tab, Simplez

i alt-tab and i dont get this lol
