Rest assured that the CT's are only for the purpous of establishing that they're a terrorist faction, and this should be the only appearance of the CT's in this season (except maybe once more, but only briefly.)

EDIT: Also I forgot to mention that the CT's are actually a critical plot element, because they're what force the T's to move from the warehouse in the first place xD
