More player slots for Flood?

Theres 10 player slots(but 1 is for admin) for flood and it's really not enough, the server is full and it takes hours to get someone leave so you can get in.
Is it possible to increase the limit to around 12-14?  :(

Yeah, or mabye remove admin slot because admins never come in.
