Use this as a reference

Respected apps are alot easier than admin apps, and you are not going to get admin when you just joined. You need to be respected before you can become admin. Respected can votekick and voteban in (all) the servers. Enjoy your stay in RND, but if you are wanting more power I suggest you wait until later in time (a scale of months) so people can get to know you. I suggest doing things for RND, not just whining about there being a lot of minges and abusers.

The Facts:

* You are not going to get admin when you just signed up.
* Respected can do exactly what you are wanting to do.
* You must follow the rules to even have a chance.
