Clarification on Server Rules PLEEEEASE D:

I came here expecting some real comprehensive rules for the TTT server and found this D:

I'd like just a little bit of clarification on this.

Also, I'm tired of putting up with mingebags who say it's okay to glitch out of the map saying "IT'S NOT AGAINST THE RULEZZZZZORZ OLOLOL"
And I've occasionally came across suspicious individuals who can RDM and manage to kill only traitors (which needless to say can ruin the game entirely) and still not be kickable due to failure to meet the standards for 'mass rdm'.

Sigh.

You know that's exactly what I thought. -_-
But still alot of people are convinced that it's okay to do it.

Coolz himself told everyone it was ok when he was playing once so....

Well he certainly hasn't posted it. Until then, this rule seems to imply that it's against the rules.
