Someone know why i cant enter to the server?

i try to connect to the server but it get stuck at retrieving server info :/

it happen in all random servers. except flood and parasite :(

This unfortunately happens periodically.

This is a source engine bug and cannot be fixed currently (to my knowledge).

A map change on that server will fix it temporarily as well as a restart.
