Just saying (and don't tell it anybody!): You can glitch out of every map.

:( alright alright tbh i work on it every day but it crashes.

It's almost impossible to glitch out of Fishtank, you'll either die or get stuck where water damages you.

I haven't succesfully done it once.

The one in Canal is hard enough that I can usually kick whoever is doing it, with agreement from the rest of the players.
