You know that there's already something very similar to that? It's called Nano-bots, small bots that can: Fix and heal your body, replace organs that aren't functioning anymore, make you stronger, faster, smarter, and you know why it's not available for people to buy? First thing it's extremely expensive, second people will abuse it, third it's still not completed =D (Off-topic much?)
