+1 . its always good to have good moderators, but personally i barely see spamming or misconduct on site.

And people are spamming all the time, they also get off-topic, and some even troll, also there's this "wave" of new members that apply for admin, and these things takes lots of time until some take cares about them, some are even ignored.
