Generally, its a good idea to, if you feel there is some giant flaw in the idea, suggest someway to improve it to mitigate the flaw. Rather than just say its flawed. (Granted there are ideas that are simply terrible)

And yes when the server is full of fools, it is generally hard to fool proof anything.  ;)
